HOW TO RESERVE: We invite you to make your reservation online. First use our online form to check the availability of your favorite property, or let us assign one for you. You may also phone us using the phone number at the bottom of this page.

RESERVATION POLICIES: To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit is required. Payment by Mastercard or Visa are accepted online. You may also pay by mail with cashiers/certified cheque or international money order. Cancellations 21 days prior to the proposed arrival date will result in a 9% cancellation fee; after 21 days your deposit will be forfeited.

Silver Sands Villas is located on the north shore of Jamaica midway between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, a secure community of vacation properties and private homes. Of these 1 to 7 bedroom rental properties no two houses are the same, adding to the charm and uniqueness of this beach front community. Ideally set on 234 acres amongst palm trees, bougainvillea and poinsettia, Silver Sands Resort is situated along 1000 meters of a powdery, white sand beach, and all Silver Sands villas are within close walking distance to the beach and social center.

Silver Sands boasts a private white sand beach, an exclusive swimming beach with daily lifeguard, Terrace Bar, Beach Grill, Tennis Court, Commissary and Gift shop. There are lounge chairs, deck chairs and tables with sunshades so you can relax and enjoy the scenery, or have a drink or a bite to eat.

When you arrive, our Check-in Staff will greet you at the Security gate to assist you in finding your accommodations, and help with services and information in order to make your stay… at Silver Sands and in Jamaica… a memorable one. Our Check-Out Staff will take care of you on your departure day, plus we have Managers living in close proximity to the resort in order to assist you in every way, day or night.

Through our website you can view properties currently offered for rent by private individuals. Our property map designates location of our rentals, and by clicking on the property number, you will be able to see exterior and interior views, rates, plus read what the villa has to offer. As you will see they are all elegant, yet comfortable homes, many with their own private swimming pool or spa. Most villas have air-conditioning and bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Most rooms have ceiling fans and all are tastefully decorated, reflecting the taste of the villa owner. All have a glorious view of the Caribbean Sea, or a lush tropical garden.

All the villas at Silver Sands in Jamaica have a cook and a housekeeper and your villa staff will give personal attention and cater to your household needs. Your private cook will prepare local cuisine and you will dine in your own dining room or private patio. For an additional fee your villa can be stocked with a “Starter Food Pack” of initial necessities that we have chosen to ensure that your holiday gets off to a smooth start. By arrangement, your accommodations can also be stocked with food and liquor desired for the duration of your stay.

WHY it's more than just an accommodation

Most visitors fly into Jamaica’s international airport at Montego Bay. Jamaican Villa Vacations can arrange pickup from the airport and delivery back when you’ve completed your stay. Most villas offer free round trip airport transfer for a maximum of four (4) persons with a rental of 7 nights or longer, US$10.00 for each additional individual. For shorter stays, there will be a reasonable fee for this service. If driving to Silver Sands, our staff will offer route instructions when making reservation.
